At Happy Skin Laser Clinic, we are committed to providing the highest quality services and products to our valued clients. We understand that circumstances may arise that require a refund or adjustment. Please review our refund policy below.
Service Refunds
Due to the nature of medical spa treatments, all service sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any services rendered, including but not limited to injectables, laser treatments, facials, body contouring, and skincare procedures. If you are dissatisfied with your results, we encourage you to schedule a follow-up consultation so we can assess your concerns and determine an appropriate solution.
Prepaid Packages
Prepaid service packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another service or individual at management’s discretion.
Product Refunds
Unopened and unused skincare products may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Opened or used products cannot be refunded due to health and safety regulations. However, if you experience an adverse reaction, please contact us within 7 days to discuss an exchange or store credit.
Missed Appointments & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment, which will be applied toward your treatment.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee or deducted from prepaid packages.
Dissatisfaction with Results
We strive to provide exceptional results, but individual outcomes may vary. Refunds are not provided for services that have been performed, but we will work with you to address any concerns and offer potential solutions such as touch-up treatments, adjustments, or alternative treatments when appropriate.
